Shipping policy

We ship Monday through Thursday. We do not ship Friday- Sunday to prevent products from melting in shipping facility. 

It is highly recommended that your treats are shipped to an address where they will be received by someone as soon as they arrive. It is left to the discretion of the delivery service if they will leave your package at the address, or attempt a redelivery on another day. In both instances, your treats may melt before they're received if left outside, or if they spend extra time in transit.

We are not responsible for packages that are either delayed, or returned as undeliverable, due to incorrect shipping information provided by the purchaser. In this unfortunate situation, additional shipping costs will apply to any returned packages that need to be reshipped. We cannot reship any returned packages if their contents contain melted or spoiled treats.
